Tresind is a pioneering Indian fine-dining concept founded by Chef Himanshu Saini in 2014, widely regarded as the birthplace of modern Indian cuisine. Located in Dubai’s One&Only Royal Mirage resort (and more recently expanded to London), it presents immersive, multi-course tasting menus that deconstruct and re-build age-old regional recipes using cutting-edge techniques and theatrical plating.
