TCPW secured Mardy’s Mayfair premises in Medici Courtyard, just off Hanover Square, acting as sole agent on the acquisition. Now open and already drawing crowds, the sandwich shop is making its mark with generous, made-to-order sandwiches, from slow-cooked beef brisket to its own take on coronation chicken.

Following a strong start, Mardy’s is already seeking further sites, and we’re delighted to have played a part in its journey.
