From Dorset to Dulwich and across the Atlantic, Chococo’s expansion brings British chocolate craftsmanship to new audiences. TCPW completed two property deals for the brand, securing premises in West Dulwich and New York.
Founded in Swanage in 2002, Chococo has built its reputation on handcrafted chocolates and indulgent single-origin hot chocolate. Its West Dulwich Chocolate House on Croxted Road marked its London debut, while the New York deal adds an international dimension to the brand’s growth.
